Educational Requirements:
∎ Master or Bachelor Degree In any discipline. However, degree in HRM is preferred or PGD in Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Smooth Joining & Onboarding:-
∎ Take lead on new staff with their joining process and guide them to complete the required paper works.
∎ Process the personnel file and handover to appointment and payroll unit to add information in the system.
∎ Solve any critical issues on new staff joining.
∎ Organize the new staff orientation programs.
∎ Introduce new staff to the expectations, skills, knowledge, and culture of the organization.
∎ Liaise with internal teams to create salary accounts for new employees.
∎ Addressing the queries of new hires regarding.
∎ Make sure new employee has access to the necessary programs
∎ Arrange lunch if required.
∎ Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires.
∎ Assist existing employees when they move to a new department or position.
∎
∎ Support Recruitment & Selection Team:-
∎ Assist recruitment team in the recruitment & selection process as and when required.
∎ Provide operational assistance in preparing the recruitment documents as required.
∎
∎ Ensure Documentation & Preservation of Office Circular, Memo, Job Advertisements, Employee Certificates and Org Charts:-
∎ Preserve all circulars, office memo, job advertisements, updated org charts and Job Description.
∎ Upload personal files and recruitment documents to relevant portals.
∎ Circulate internal/ external Job advertisement when applicable.
∎ Issue employment, experience, NOC when requested.
∎ Ensure document handover while disbursing all kinds of HR documents.
∎ Contact with related support units like ERP support/ HQ unit to solve bottlenecks.
∎
∎ Inter and Intra Departmental Communication and Reporting:-
∎ Maintain communication with all sector/ unit focal, branch manager and branch accounts regarding Deployment, Appointment/ contract letter issues.
∎ Prepare HR reports as per requirements
∎
∎ Ensure employee Safeguarding:-
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
