Experience:
Master's in any subject, preferably in HRM / Supply Chain, or related field.
Post-graduate diploma/Certification (HRM/SCM) will be given preference.
Others:
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR & admin experience, including hands-on recruitment, onboarding and procurement.
Sufficient computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
Sound knowledge of labor law and HR best practices; understanding of procurement standards and donor compliance is an advantage.
Strong communication (Bangla & English), facilitation, negotiation, and report writing skills.
Integrity, confidentiality, and fairness; champions safeguarding and ethical conduct.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Customer service mindset.
Teamwork and stakeholder management across programs and support functions.
Ability & willingness to travel.
The Age limit for the applicant would be maximum 35 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
Nature of Job: Contractual Staff (For 01 year)
Job Location: UCEP Dhaka North, Mirpur, Dhaka & UCEP Chattogram Region
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain the regular regional-level recruitment and selection process in consultation with the central HR team, ensuring alignment with HR policies, UCEP values, mission, and vision.
Regularly maintain and update personnel files of regional staff.
Assist, coordinate, and organize training and orientation programs as required.
Properly maintain and document employee separation and exit processes.
Regularly share the HRIS/employee database, various reports with the central HR team at UCEP Head Office.
Coordinate and assist in the regional procurement process in consultation with the central Admin/Procurement team of the Head Office, in line with the UCEP Procurement Manual.
Properly maintain procurement files, vendor records, inventory documents, utility files, legal documents, and other administrative records.
Provide proper support and assistance to internal and external audits, ISO assessments, investigation teams, and other reviews related to HR, Administration, Safeguarding, disciplinary actions, and other relevant issues.
Supervise vehicle and transportation-related matters.
Supervise drivers, office assistants, cleaners, and other support staff.
Maintain a high level of integrity, transparency, and confidentiality in all aspects of organizational activities.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
