Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Postgraduate, preferably in business discipline, from any reputed university having no third-class/ division/ equivalent GPA/CGPA in academic records.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accumulate and verify the accuracy of loan documents by using a pre-defined checklist.
∎ Ensure the loan files contain applicable forms, documentation, proper signatures, dates, and other relevant information by using a checklist.
∎ Responsible for disbursement of loan proceedings before a file is sent to the Credit Administration Department.
∎ Forward all applicable original loan documents for storage in the collateral vault.
∎ Coordinate with the Credit Administration, CRM, Business Unit Legal, and Technical Teams for various issues.
∎ Communicate with the legal team, technical team, and other stakeholders on relevant issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both oral and written
∎ Have strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
∎ Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of financial institution operations, policies, and procedures, standard procurement methods will be an added advantage.
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 26000 - 31000 (Monthly)
∎ Officer Grade-I: BDT 26,000 during probation and BDT 36,000 upon confirmation.
Officer Grade-II: BDT 31,000 during probation and BDT 41,000 upon confirmation.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
