Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the safety and security of employees, materials, assets, and cash for both Branches and the Head Office.
Maintain adequate insurance coverage for fixed assets (fire policy), cash (including money insurance for safes, counters, ATMs, and cash in transit).
Assist in the selection of efficient and cost-effective vendors and ensure accurate preparation of work orders.
Oversee vehicle scheduling in line with official requirements and manage vehicle repair, maintenance, and documentation for the Bank.
Supervise and evaluate the activities and performance of security guards.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.
