Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with vendor & check all fire-related design & drawings.
∎ Ensure functionality of the detection & protection system.
∎ Answer fire alarms on a daily basis and make the panel trouble-free.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all fire equipment as per guidelines.
∎ Ensure fire door maintenance & door adjustment.
∎ Ensure lawful requirements of testing.
∎ Ensure 90 days of document preparation & submit as per guidelines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidate must have 6-months course on fire science (occupational health & safety/ Manager course from FSCD)
∎ Adequate knowledge of RSC & NIRAPON standard
∎ Adequate knowledge of BNBC & NFPA
∎ Adequate knowledge of fire detection system
∎ Adequate knowledge of fire protection system
∎ Adequate knowledge of AutoCAD

Salary: Negotiable
