Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare 90 days document & submit as per guidelines.
∎ Adequate knowledge of AutoCAD.
∎ Liaise with vendor & check all fire-related designs and drawings.
∎ Ensure functionality of detection & protection system.
∎ Daily answering fire alarm trouble & make panel trouble-free.
∎ Ensure the maintenance of all fire equipment as per guidelines.
∎ Liaise with FSCD for fire training & regular fire drill.
∎ Ensure fire door maintenance & door adjustment.
∎ Ensure lawful requirements of testing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidate must have 6-months course on fire science (occupational health & safety/ Manager course from FSCD)
∎ Adequate knowledge of RSC & NIRAPON standard
∎ Adequate knowledge of BNBC & NFPA
Salary: Negotiable
