∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of HVAC and Purified Water Generation and Distribution System in pharmaceutical Plant.
∎ 2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance of process machinery.
∎ 3. To operate and maintain specific log sheet of RTAG Air Cooled Rotary Liquid Chiller for smooth HVAC support.
∎ 4. To operate and monitor all relevant machines (heat exchanger, pumps, blower etc.) required for smooth operation of HVAC system.
∎ 5. To operate and maintain specific log sheet of 2000 LPH Purified Water Generation System.
∎ 6. To monitor Manganese Sand Filter, Quartz Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Softener & water parameters (conductivity, pH, hardness) for uninterrupted generation of purified water.
∎ 7. To operate and monitor all pumps, loops, heat exchanger and other relevant machineries of Purified Water Generation and Distribution System.
∎ 8. To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and as per maintenance criteria and keep the record in machine service card.
∎ 9. To work with experts from supplier and company engineering team during machine installation, repair, and validation.
∎ 10. To carry out all works assigned by the higher management from time to time.
