Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continuous monitoring of the API performance and data fetching from ERP systems to check price, promotions, EMI, stock and warranty.
∎ Manage the content management system to create newly arrived products by liaise with product team or supplier to ensure up-to-date product line in web.
∎ Independently develop the product web contents.
∎ Edit, proofread and improve existing web product contents against the established standards, designs & style guide.
∎ Manage product photography, Product Visual QA, against established standards & designs & style guide.
∎ Optimize the content according to SEO plan.
∎ Develop an editorial calendar to ensure monthly web offers, price changes, bank offers, stock and campaigns are up to date.
∎ Keep the merchants’ portals content, price up to date. i.e. Online marketplace, app-based consumer loan.
∎ Consumer loan application status monitoring and support for retail outlets.
∎ Quality control of the applications.
∎ Tracking and monitoring approved/ disapproved applications.
∎ Handover takeover applications to the financial institute and keep all the tracks related to loan.
∎ Follow up call with retail outlets & update in the ERP.
∎ Manage day to day triparty communication related to loan.
∎ Due collection and tracking follow up with the financial institute.
∎ Content Management System:
