Job Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in the country is looking for dynamic and experienced individuals for the position of Officer (E-Commerce & Digital Marketing).
∎ Our platform is a marketplace for business to find backward (suppliers) and forward (distributors, traders, customers) to linkage business activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute digital marketing strategies employing a sound understanding in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
∎ Skillfully execute digital marketing plans on social networking platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Micro-blogging - Twitter /Tumblr, Photo sharing (Instagram, Snap chat, Pinterest), vlogging or video posting (YouTube, Facebook Live etc.), to generate digital leads and CDM/email marketing, etc.
∎ Use Google Analytics, Google Ad-Words, Content readability test site, Keyword planner and other relevant sites, drive traffic to company pages to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations and relevant graphics work.
∎ Coordinate with other cross-functional professionals to leverage relationships and establish best practices & strategies.
∎ Provide thoughts, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing digital marketing/ e-commerce software and other industry best practices.
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
∎ Any other relevant assignment given by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge in MS Office, Emailing, Net browsing, etc.
∎ Should be energetic, honest, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Must have excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work independently.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered to right candidates. Salary will be increased after successful completion of 1st 6 month as probation period.
