Responsibilities & Context:
Digital Marketing
Manage and update Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Create and schedule posts, stories, and basic creatives (with design support if needed)
Monitor ad performance and engagement and report insights
Customer Communication
Handle customer queries via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, phone, and website
Provide product information, pricing, order support, and after-sales assistance
Maintain polite, prompt, and professional communication with customers
Handle complaints, returns, and feedback efficiently
Operations Management
Process and track daily orders from online platforms and marketplace channels
Coordinate with warehouse, courier, and suppliers for dispatch and delivery
Maintain order records, customer data, and inventory updates
Support packaging, and quality control coordination
Prepare daily / weekly operational reports for management
