Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and manage all distribution operations at depots to achieve the company's goals.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery as per the preplanned delivery schedule.
∎ Monitor & ensure physical Inventory without short or excess by implementing FIFO 100%.
∎ Take initiatives to reduce Sales Returns.
∎ Visit markets periodically to justify and improve route plans, customers support, service level, etc.
∎ Monitor, Safety & security at depot Premises and Company’s assets.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
∎ Liaison with salespersons.
∎ Making GRN.
∎ Make daily stock report.
∎ Daily entry in software.
∎ Any other duties as per instruction of the management.
∎ Ensure proper documents, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues VAT & AIT & other hearing-related documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Intense Knowledge of the distribution process.
∎ Skills and competencies.
∎ Self Motivated
∎ Honest, sincere and hardworking
∎ Excellent leadership qualities.
