Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with local & Foreigner customer about fabrics quality, Price, Production & delivery Plan and make them update accordingly.
∎ Handle all relevant issues with customers in relation to slow payment/ disputes to improve DSO (day sales outstanding).
∎ Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standard.
∎ Communicate directly with customers by phone or e-mail; visit customers as and when required.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
∎ Provide pricing and delivery information.
∎ Perform customer verification and set up new customer accounts.
∎ Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
∎ Organize work-flow to meet customer time frames.
∎ Liaison with relevant department to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers.
∎ Assist to clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance.
∎ Manage customers' accounts and database.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
∎ Record details of actions taken.
∎ Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
∎ Follow up on customer interactions.
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: 3 to 4 year(s) in Textile field (Fabric marketing is highly preferable).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Fabrics Accessories and Textile.
∎ Having bachelor in Marketing will be given preference.
∎ Female are allowed to apply Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
∎ Should work well independently as well as in a big team
∎ Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined
∎ Should have patience and good negotiation capability
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
∎ Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications
∎ Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal
