Responsibilities & Context:
1. Maintain and regularly update the doctor database to ensure accuracy.
2. Communicate and follow up with key customers to understand their requirements and relay relevant information to department heads.
3. Coordinate regularly with Field Force teams regarding their queries and follow up on assigned target issues to ensure resolution.
4. Support the team in addressing customer concerns and providing timely feedback.
5. Assist in generating reports and insights related to customer interactions .
