• At least 02 years’ experience in any Bank or FI or Public Limited Company.

• Having experience in Company Secretariat Division will be considered as added advantage.

• Chartered Secretary (CS) part qualified or recently qualified from Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).

• An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High degree of professionalism.

• Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

• Assisting for conducting the Board Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting, Audit Committee Meeting and Risk Management Committee Meeting.

• Compiling the Agendas, checking Memos, drafting Board Reports; preparing and distributing Board File, drafting Minutes, following up on actions, and circulating Minutes, preparing implementation report.

• Assisting in conduct of General Meetings (AGM, EGM); Preparation of Annual Report.

• Keeping liaison with stakeholder group i.e. Shareholders, Regulators (BB, BSEC, RJSC) Associations (BAB, ABB), Investors, Auditors etc.

• Maintaining the statutory books and filing of regulatory returns RJSC, BB etc.

• Negotiable
