Job Responsibilities:
∎ Import Diagnostic Machineries/Reagents/ Spare Parts etc.
∎ Manage all Commercial Activities (e.g PI issuing, LC Opening, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with buyers & sellers, payment realization, release etc.) through overseas phone & email
∎ Ensure proper selection of HS code for easy clearance from customs and save additional cost
∎ Contact with other shipping line, suppliers, and indenters to know vessel position
∎ Hand over the shipping document, L/C and related documents and monitor the status of custom assessment, Port & Agent charge for clearing the merchandise

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in commercial department
∎ Experience in Manufacturing Industry; Customs & (C&F) related works, NBR issues & all Customs related issues
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Conversant in MS-Office package
∎ Excellent analytical ability
