Develop and execute an annual marketing and event calendar for Coffee World.
Create and implement online marketing strategies, particularly for increasing visibility on platforms such as Facebook.
Design promotional materials and manage branding tools across all channels and locations.
Customize marketing and event plans based on outlet-specific needs to boost sales performance.
Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, covering all campaigns and events.
Review and analyze sales data regularly by location and in total.
Act as liaison for public relations, media engagement, and press coordination.
Gather and analyze competitor data to strengthen marketing strategies.
Maintain updated databases for competitors, customers, and PRV clients.
Create and maintain customer profiles, tracking key personal dates like birthdays and anniversaries.
Collect customer feedback and manage communication through email and SMS campaigns.
Coordinate marketing-related outsourced services, including photography and design.
Scout and initiate contact for potential new outlet locations in line with expansion goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and promotional content.
Execute any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
