  • Analytical skills to evaluate data and inform decision-making.

  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute an annual marketing and event calendar for Coffee World.

  • Create and implement online marketing strategies, particularly for increasing visibility on platforms such as Facebook.

  • Design promotional materials and manage branding tools across all channels and locations.

  • Customize marketing and event plans based on outlet-specific needs to boost sales performance.

  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, covering all campaigns and events.

  • Review and analyze sales data regularly by location and in total.

  • Act as liaison for public relations, media engagement, and press coordination.

  • Gather and analyze competitor data to strengthen marketing strategies.

  • Maintain updated databases for competitors, customers, and PRV clients.

  • Create and maintain customer profiles, tracking key personal dates like birthdays and anniversaries.

  • Collect customer feedback and manage communication through email and SMS campaigns.

  • Coordinate marketing-related outsourced services, including photography and design.

  • Scout and initiate contact for potential new outlet locations in line with expansion goals.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and promotional content.

  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
