Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.
Having excellent e-mail, WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operation.
Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
Should be very good in reporting on time.
Responsibilities & Context:
New Farm selection & collect required documents.
Get signature on the agreement papers from the new farmer.
Collect and prepare Feed requisition, DOC requisition, medicine, vaccine & chemical and as per requisition all products deliver to the farmer.
Collecting daily reports and posting it on regular basis.
Daily field visit and monitoring & book closing.
Arrange and give Field training to farmer,
Prepare weekly farm status report and submit to the superior.
Any other task assigned by the management.
