Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have Graduation, Post Graduation in Agriculture from any reputed institute with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely cultivation of crops and trees in beekeeping farms and also ensure harvest and selling of crops
∎ Take necessary actions to identify bee pasture, agreement with landowner to manage land and assist to confirm a safe place/location of apiaries
∎ Ensure rightly transfer of honey extracting by managing time, transport management
∎ Manage necessary selection and execution process to Develop new entrepreneur or beekeeper
∎ Conduct field work in remote locations under adverse conditions for prolonged periods.
∎ To prepare of daily and monthly reports, observation reports and expenditure reports.
∎ Supervise new apiary setup by ensuring hive preparation, frames preparation, wax foundation setup and also ensure all administrative work (e.g. Laboratory equipment maintenance, Stock maintenance, Procurement of necessary materials, Bee diseases control chemical preparation and Honey bee feed collection and supply), Bill preparation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
