Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and verify all details and charges included in bills and invoices
∎ Ensure accuracy in billing, proper account allocation, and adherence to agreed-upon terms
∎ Verify and reconcile physical stock levels with the recorded inventory in the accounting system
∎ Conduct regular stock audits, identify discrepancies, and take necessary corrective actions
∎ Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock variances
∎ Evaluate the performance, capabilities, and financial stability of suppliers or vendors
∎ Maintain supplier performance records and provide recommendations for improvement or change
∎ Carry out additional tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with team members, clients, and contractors.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and to lead when required.
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for understanding complex engineering concepts and translating them into practical solutions.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
∎ Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Demonstrated ability in analyzing engineering documents and blueprints.
∎ Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
