Deputy Head / Second Man – Group Internal Audit

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly experienced CA CC professional for the position of Deputy Head / Second Man – Group Internal Audit. The ideal candidate must have hands-on Group Internal Audit experience only in a reputed FMCG, Food & Beverage, or other large-scale Manufacturing Group.

Mandatory Requirements

• CA CC

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting (BBA/MBA in Accounting preferred).

• 5–8 years of Group Internal Audit experience in a reputed Food & Beverage Manufacturing Group or other large-scale Manufacturing Group.

• Proven leadership experience in leading audit teams and executing group-wide audit assignments.

• Group Internal Audit & Risk Management

• Supply Chain, Commercial, Production & Manufacturing Audit

• Inventory, Warehouse, Distribution, Retail Sales & Export Audit

• Finance & Accounts Audit

• Compliance, Internal Control, SOP Development & Process Improvement

• Enterprise Risk Assessment

• Audit Planning, Execution & Reporting

• Fraud Investigation

• ERP/System Audit & Process Automation

Additional Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Import & Export Audit.

• Strong knowledge of auditing Raw Materials, Food Ingredients, Packaging Materials, Spare Parts, Machinery & Equipment Procurement (Local & International).

• Sound knowledge of Procurement Process, Vendor Management, LC/Import Documentation, Inventory Control & Supply Chain Compliance.

• Excellent Audit Reporting, Documentation, Presentation, and Management Reporting skills.

Only candidates with hands-on Group Internal Audit experience in a reputed Food & Beverage Manufacturing Group or a large-scale Manufacturing Group are eligible to apply.
