• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor degree in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Statistics or a related discipline.

• Any professional degree/course/diploma will be an advantage.

• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 15–20 years of relevant professional experience in Banking sector, Business Analysis, Corporate Strategy, Financial Analysis, Investment Analysis or Business Planning.

• Experience in Banking sector, retail, security services, infrastructure or diversified business organizations will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analytics.

• Excellent report writing and presentation skills in English and Bangla.

• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects within timeline.

• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.

• Audit and inspection

• Loan document execution and advance processing

• Loan classification, recovery and litigation

• Conduct business analysis for existing and proposed commercial projects.

• Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and investment proposals.

• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.

• Develop financial models, business forecasts, and profitability analyses.

• Analyze operational and financial performance and recommend improvement strategies.

• Prepare strategic business plans and corporate planning reports.

• Collaborate with various departments to identify business requirements and recommend effective solutions.

• Analyze the performance of commercial buildings, shopping complexes, hospitality businesses, security services, tourism, and other business units.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

• Present analytical reports and recommendations to senior management and the Board.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.

Employment Type:

• The initial appointment is for one (01) year. The contract may be extended every six (06) months based on satisfactory performance.
