∎ Style-wise cutting operation bulletin making.
∎ Introduce new method & implement accordingly.
∎ Capacity checking & proper manpower allocation.
∎ Ensure optimum marker efficiency & coordinate with CAD.
∎ Good knowledge about CAD & Manual Pattern.
∎ Analyze new styles & find the easiest way.
∎ Coordinate with the sample team & suggest best practices.
∎ Follow up on pre-production activities very accurately.
∎ Enhance the total cutting efficiency.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges.
∎ Required good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationships.
