Proven experience in a procurement, administration, supply chain or similar role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and execute IT-related procurement to ensure timely acquisition of technology resources.
Manage inventory records to maintain accurate tracking and availability of goods and supplies.
Process utility payments in an accurate and timely manner for seamless operations.
Apply strong vendor sourcing knowledge to identify, evaluate and engage reliable suppliers.
