Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA degree in Marketing/ Graduation in IT / Digital Communication or any other relevant subject. MBA in marketing and certification in digital marketing is preferable.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a digital marketing operational plan in consultation with Country Director, functionalize the plan and actively search for new approaches for enhancing digital marketing reach.
∎ Promote and manage Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. social media accounts. Ensure regular posts of healthcare services and enhance viewership, generate doctors' appointments
∎ Create an interactive interface for responding to queries on social media regularly and generate analytical reports for strategy development.
∎ Design new innovative content for social media, promote content through social advertising (boosting the page of post) and monitor the impact of communication/ advertising
∎ Analyse and share the experiences of social media with the concerned team and coordinate with the respect to create an interlink between social media content and service.
∎ SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.
∎ Continuously explored the market trend and recent waves on the social media platform for the creation of engaging content.
∎ Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media and display advertising, and organizational promotions. Monitoring the impact of promotional and advertising campaigns on digital marketing platforms.
∎ Ensure brand visibility of MSB services and products in the digital platform.
∎ Develop a marketing awareness internally and ensure a positive attitude as well as an awareness and involvement with all team members about the organization, its digital marketing initiatives, and the reasons for that.
∎ Undertake any other legitimate duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing in a reputed organization. Healthcare experience will be given preference
∎ Highly self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, and innovative personality
