Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing PR (Purchase Requisitions) and Issuing of PO (Purchase Orders) and following it up till final delivery in sales point.
Check & verify the bills, and forward them to the concerned department for approval, and maintain the record related to verified bills.
Check the stock, slow-moving items, non-moving items, etc to ensure smooth inventory control.
Handling phone calls, answering queries of all the sales points, updating the database, and performing in terms of follow-up actions for phone inquiries.
Manage vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity, and reliability.
Implement effective strategies for cost efficiency and process optimization in the procurement management system.
Responsible for issuing PO/WO and ensuring proper terms & conditions are incorporated based on procured product/service requirements.
Coordinate with business partner, salespoint, the finance department, and other operational stakeholder.
Market planning, Strategy Development, Monitoring & Review of opportunities.
Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
Analyzing competitive marketing environment and finding out the trends and opportunities for sales.
Provide direction, motivation & training to marketing team members to ensure optimum performance and take corrective actions.
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Probationary period: Six months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per the salary structure of the organization.
