Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Ambala Shop (ambalashop.com)

Job Purpose:

To ensure seamless dealer onboarding, resolve operational issues across dealer and customer accounts, and drive ecommerce and retail growth through strategic digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end dealer onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and training

  • Troubleshoot dealer account issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution

  • Maintain dealer performance dashboards and ensure compliance with operational standards

  • Resolve customer account discrepancies and escalate technical issues when necessary

  • Collaborate with customer service and IT teams to enhance account management processes

  • Investigate and resolve payment-related issues for both dealers and customers

  • Monitor transaction flows and ensures timely reconciliation with finance teams

  • Support the rollout of new ecommerce features and platform enhancements

  • Coordinate with tech and product teams to improve user experience and backend efficiency

  • Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and suggest growth strategies

  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns to boost online and offline sales

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging across platforms

  • Monitor digital engagement and report on campaign effectiveness

  • Identify opportunities for retail expansion and dealer network growth

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to make strategic decisions

  • Support retail activation programs and promotional initiatives
