Experience:
Minimum Bachelor`s/Master`s Degree with CGPA 3.0 and above preferred.
Relevant subject with knowledge of the GAAP, IAS, and BAS.
A levels/ IB/ American High School Diploma/ English Medium background candidates preferred.
Experience in student support, record-keeping, scheduling, and general school administration.
Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and school management systems.
Fluency in English.
International Exposure.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in English medium schools.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide detailed, accurate information about the institution, including curriculum, fee structures, and other related queries, via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all admission-related activities, applicant details, and enrollment statistics.
Organize and execute admissions-related events, such as open houses, orientation programs, and campus tours, for prospective students and their families.
Prepare debit vouchers, credit vouchers, and journal entries, while maintaining various financial records, including cash books, cash receipts and payment books, journals, and ledgers.
Ensure effective cash management and prepare monthly cash receipts and payment statements.
Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and financial statements.
Prepare and submit TDS and VDS statements.
Write money receipts and support the fee collection process.
Prepare and submit reports and documentation required by the school administration and governing bodies.
Administer payroll processes, including the calculation of salaries, deductions, and staff benefits.
Manage financial responsibilities such as budgeting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and the timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by higher authorities or management.
