We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own client acquisition and to build that system from scratch.
This isn't a "follow the playbook" job because there is no playbook yet. You'll create it.
You'll decide how we find US small-business clients, how we reach them, how we book the conversations, and how we turn them into long-term bookkeeping clients. You'll own the strategy, the tools, the process, and the results.

Build and own our outbound client acquisition system end-to-end strategy, tools, and process
Identify and research ideal US/Uk small-business clients in our target industries
Run cold outreach across LinkedIn, email, and any channel you find effective
Book and lead discovery calls with prospective clients
Move prospects through a clear pipeline, from first contact to signed client
Set up and manage our lead lists, outreach sequences, and follow-up cadence
Test channels, track what works, and double down on what brings in clients
Partner with the founder on positioning, pricing, and service offers
Report on pipeline, conversion, and the revenue you generate
By 90 days: a working, repeatable pipeline that's producing booked discovery calls
By 6 months: a steady flow of signed clients from channels you built
Ongoing: a documented, repeatable system the agency can scale on
Proven B2B sales or business development experience — ideally selling services (Bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or SaaS is a bigplus.)
A real cold-outreach track record: you can walk us through a campaign you ran start to finish and the results it produced
Excellent written and spoken English; confident leading calls with US business owners
Open to working US-overlapping hours for client calls (often evenings/nights from our Chattogram office)
A genuine self-starter who builds systems without being told how
Thick-skinned with rejection and disciplined with follow-up
Highly organized — you live in your CRM and pipeline
Experience selling to US small businesses
Familiarity with the accounting or bookkeeping industry
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email platforms, and Experience setting up outreach automatio
