Strong MS Excel skills for financial analysis, budgeting and reporting.
Knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, taxation and compliance regulations.
Knowledge of handling official documentation.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our finance team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day to day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to effective financial decision-making.
Financial Reporting: To Prepare a monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data in compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee and assist in managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable process. Ensure timely payments to vendors and proper collection of outstanding receivables.
General Ledger Maintenance: To Prepare the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly. Perform monthly reconciliation and address discrepancies promptly.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations. Preparing cash forecasts and managing banking relations.
Taxation & Compliance: Preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws, including Vat, sales tax, and other statutory filings. Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with auditors.
Budgeting & Forecasting Assistance: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgets and assist in variance analysis.
Internal Control & Audit Support: Ensure effective internal controls are in place to safeguard financial assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial performance. Prepare reports for senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.
