• Academic Background: M. Com / MBA / BBA in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university.

• Core Preference: Strong preference will be given to candidates who have completed their Chartered Accountancy Articleship (CA-CC), CA Certificate/Knowledge Level, or any equivalent professional accounting course.

• Specialized Training: Practical training or certifications in Income Tax, VAT Act (Bangladesh), and Tally operations will be considered an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of active corporate accounting experience, preferably in technology, power, engineering, or trading/import sectors.

• Leadership & Analytical Skills: Sharp eye for numerical accuracy, proficient in auditing extensive financial data and managing core team operations.

• Technical Command: Superior, error-free operational skills in Tally Prime or similar global ERP systems, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.

• Communication: Strong professional communication skills in both English and Bengali for seamless liaison with auditors, banking institutions, and management.

Context: As a prominent importer and corporate supplier of high-end Data Center infrastructure solutions, Online UPS systems, and industrial batteries, G4 Technologies Limited operates a dynamic corporate environment with high-value transactions. While the organization is equipped with a functional team—including a Head of Accounts & Admin, Assistant Manager, Accounts Officer, and Assistant Officer—there is an immediate strategic need for a highly seasoned professional. The Manager - Accounts will bridge the gap in advanced professional experience, implement error-free accounting methodologies, and oversee the existing team to ensure flawless financial precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Error Prevention & Oversight: Review, verify, and cross-check day-to-day ledger entries, bills, and vouchers processed by the executive team to eliminate operational errors and financial discrepancies.
• Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and cash flow reports in strict compliance with IFRS/IAS standards.
• Tax, VAT & Customs Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance with National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations, accurately managing VDS (VAT Deducted at Source) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) during bill verification, and overseeing timely return filings and assessments.
• Import & Commercial Costing: Manage financial documentation related to international procurement, Letter of Credit (L/C), customs duties, and precise costing of imported UPS, batteries, and data center equipment.
• Statutory Audit & Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors to facilitate statutory audits smoothly, and manage compliance reporting for relevant financial authorities.
• Software Optimization: Ensure absolute utilization and strict controls within the accounting software (Tally) for accurate, real-time inventory and financial data extraction.
• Supervision & Mentoring: Guide, supervise, and upscale the existing accounts team members to improve their efficiency, analytical skills, and professional output.
