Responsibilities & Context:
MM Traders is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Accounts & Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, banking activities, and documentation. Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial documents.
Perform voucher entry, bill booking, and data entry activities.
Support the preparation of receipts and payment statements.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
Maintain and organize accounting files and supporting documents.
Assist with banking transactions and bank reconciliation statements.
Verify bills, invoices, and payment-related documents.
Support inventory and stock-related accounting records.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related information.
Perform other accounts and finance tasks assigned by management.
