Proven track record of successfully leading an IPO or public listing process.
Experience working with foreign investors, institutional investors, and international financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
IPO & Capital Market Activities
Lead IPO readiness assessment, planning, and execution.
Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, regulators, and stock exchanges.
Prepare financial disclosures, prospectuses, and due diligence materials.
Manage post-IPO compliance, reporting, and corporate governance requirements.
Evaluate opportunities for secondary offerings, debt financing, and other capital market transactions.
Investor Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign investors, institutional investors, private equity firms, and venture capital partners.
Lead investor presentations, roadshows, and fundraising activities.
Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to shareholders and stakeholders.
Develop and implement investor communication strategies to enhance market confidence.
Strategic & Corporate Development
Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct financial analysis for investment and expansion opportunities.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive management.
Drive value creation initiatives and improve financial performance.
Risk Management & Compliance
Establish robust risk management frameworks and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, banks, and financial institutions.
