Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare all kind of bill, voucher, for ensuring the accuracy of accounting.
∎ Petty Cash, Transport, Hatchery and Broiler Farm cash book maintain.
∎ Depositing the cash (collected from sales) into bank.
∎ Help in local purchases (if necessary) Issue invoices (if necessary)
∎ Report Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and when required to HOD
∎ Planning space of godown for the intake of various materials to ensure ability of implementing FIFO system (various material).
∎ Receiving, proper storage, delivery and recording of all storing and delivery.
∎ Any other tasks given from the management.
