Job Context:
∎ Masters or MBA in Accounting.
∎ Professional Certificate: CA (CC) would be preferable.
∎ Must have knowledge in Oracle Software & Tally Prime Software.
∎ At least 1 year Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Bank Transaction Record in ERP.
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation & sister concern reconciliation (Daily Basis).
∎ “Import LC” & “Back-to-Back LC” charges & payment track & posting to both Oracle & Tally (Daily Basis).
∎ Posting Payment vouchers to both Oracle & Tally (Daily Basis).
∎ Posting Receipt vouchers to both Oracle & Tally (Daily Basis).
∎ Preparing Accounts (MIS/PL).
∎ Sales Reconciliation.
∎ Preparing Salary & Bank Forwarding.
∎ Checking Consumption, WIP & FG Inventory.
∎ Reconciliation of Monthly Inter Cluster Bills.
∎ Posting Bank Deposit, Withdraw, Transfer & Encashment vouchers to both Oracle & Tally Software.
∎ Handle to account purpose inquiries from internal & external sources.
∎ Ensures deductions are legally and statutorily correct and reports on controls and processes.
∎ Demonstrate good communication skill and ability to communicate professionally with others both verbally and in writing.
∎ Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
∎ Additional task assigns by seniors.
