Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit sales centre to monitor sales centre activities for internal control
∎ Verify sales centre accounts recording system, cash in hand, stock in finish goods, all type of ledger, fixed assets and other register
∎ Verify head of accounts at the end of the month and ensure deposit of cash and check to bank
∎ Prepare audit report of respective branches and analyze to reduce audit findings
∎ Ensure cost justification of the respective branches
∎ Check bill voucher and keep record to cash book, general ledger
∎ Ensure reporting to supervisor after visiting respective sales center
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the respective authority
