∎ The candidate should have a B.Com/BBA/M.Com in Finance/ Accounting/Commerce back ground with a minimum 2nd class/division or CGPA or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the preparation of required vouchers accurately after cash receipts/payments and to ensure the preparation of required general/sub ledger as per prevailing financial rules and regulations.
∎ To ensure the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statement & accounts related other scheduled tasks according to general/sub ledger’s balance.
∎ To prepare Pay Slip, Wages Slip, receivable statement and all journal vouchers properly.
∎ To ensure quarterly/half yearly inventory checking and regularly monitoring of accounting activities and ensure the Maintenance of Store Ledger
∎ To ensure entry of purchase requisition and LC related documents and preparing Treasury Challan, Statement of AIT and Product cost taking report.
∎ To Preparing Product Pricing statement and calculation of sales incentives.
∎ To ensure the preparation of daily/monthly basis bank reconciliation statement after collecting the deposited information from bank.
∎ To make sure salary payment on time and provide salary transfer notice to staff members
∎ To Prepare Monthly Raw Material issue report, Daily Raw Material stock Valuation report, daily Management Information, monthly WIP report, Contribution margin Report H/O Current A/C Breakup, and Debtors Balance Confirmation.
∎ To ensure the Posting of Journal Vouchers in ERP Software.To ensure authorization of clients Bill, Checking of various bill, vouchers and requisitions and Preparation of Cheques and it distribution to various Clients
∎ To calculate tax and other deductions to deduct from the source while making payment
∎ To provide accounting services to the concerned persons, especially the status of budget and expenditure
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
