∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Communication Skill, Analytical ability, Problem solving, Reporting.
∎ Basic Accounting, Inventory Management, Financial Management, Financial Statements, Banking, Cash Management, Procurement, Knowledge on ERP or any other accounting Software.
∎ Inventory Management, Financial Management, Financial Statements, Banking, Computer proficiency, Hands on finance and accounts and MIS.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare monthly & yearly accounts report timely and having operating knowledge in ERP or any other Accounting Software.
∎ To prepare all type of bill voucher, daily cash, ledger & stock book properly.
∎ To ensure daily sales and cash deposit to Bank. And proper fund Management.
∎ To prepare weekly cash/fund requisition and send to Head Office.
∎ Review & process payment documents as per Organization finance policies. Writing Cheques & Vouchers and timely disbursement to employees, partners & vendors.
∎ Approves payments, purchase authorizations and other financial transactions to ensure compliance with staff rules, financial rules and implementing instruments/authority.
∎ To ensure VAT & Tax deduction from supplier’s bill and deposit to bank on time.
∎ To prepare month wise Reconciliation Statement with Bank & HO. Give adjustment entry and debit/credit note properly.
∎ Issue customer wise delivery Challan, money receipt and Gate pass.
∎ Properly maintain the Office, Guest room and Dining and other administrative work.
∎ Involve with all type of product sales, delivery, product receive and date wise entry the stock book and update assets register properly.
∎ To prepare necessary report, collection, and through the respective person in time.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
