Job Context:
∎ Centre for Women and Children Studies (CWCS) is a national level NGO, who is working since 1994 on women and children issues. CWCS is going to implement a project entitled "Empowerment of Returnee Women Migrants (ERWM)" with financial assistance by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) from January 2020 for 4 years duration. Project beneficiaries are the returnee women migrants who were/are the victims of violence. The main focus of this project will be building leadership skills, awareness raising on rights, providing psycho-social support and reintegration in society of returnee women migrants. This project will be implemented in 2 upazilas of Dhaka district namely Nawabganj & Dohar and 2 upazilas of Manikganj district namely Manikganj Sadar & Singair.
∎ Contract Duration: 48 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting to Program Coordinator and office staff in effective office filing system and managing the documents.
∎ Support the Administration team in ensuring full stationery supply in office.
∎ Provide logistic support to office staff in photocopy, postal, courier, purchase etc.
∎ Maintain the clean environment in office.
∎ Perform other task assigned by the office's top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having experience may consider as advantage.

Salary:
∎ Salary will be BDT 10,000.00 (non-negotiable)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly two festival bonus as per project allocation.
∎ Yearly salary increment opportunity as per project allocation based on satisfactory performance.
∎ Other benefits will be allocated as per project allocation.
∎ One day weekly holiday.
