Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, Social Science or any other relevant area.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be responsible for overall coordination and implementation of Expanding "Mothers@Work with integrated ECCD Intervention" programme program in the selected RMG factories.
∎ Undertake field visit (70% of work) and monitor the implementation of specific activities under existing partnerships.
∎ Build capacities focusing on the nutrition interventions and monitoring the implementation of the ECCD interventions integrated Mothers@Work programme.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and partnership with all the stakeholders of selected RMG factories and managing stakeholders' communication.
∎ Nutrition officer will provide ongoing assistance, capacity building training & orientation for partners and selected groups at the factories.
∎ Provide direct technical knowledge and guidance to the team in the development and preparation of implementation strategies and action plans, knowledge materials as needed.
∎ Oversee the identification, development, or acquisition of appropriate resources to support technical components of the program including written translation of materials.
∎ Prepare analytical reports, review and develop case studies and document monthly/quarterly reports according to the programme implementation strategies.
∎ Revitalize breast feeding corner in the selected readymade garment factories with overall monitoring and supervision of breast feeding promotion.
∎ Directly support the finance and supply team in developing expenditure forecast and supply requisition for essential commodities.
∎ Undertake any other duties assigned by the Senior Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-4 years' work experience in field of Management of Nutrition or health field
∎ Good communication, skill, and ability to coordinate with multi sectorial partners / stakeholders is required
∎ Good organization skill and ability to work in a team
∎ Team-building and training skills, Experience in conducting internal knowledge building activities.
