Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Nursing is essential with a valid license/Registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BMDC).
∎ Training on Infectious Diseases or Public Health is preferred.
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical supervision of medical activities is essential.
∎ Experience managing Infectious Diseases medical activities is preferred.
∎ Demonstrable experience in supervising and training others in a team setting desirable.
∎ Relevant work experience in MSF, Local NGO or INGO's, and Working Experience in Rohingya Humanitarian Context is preferred.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali is essential.
∎ Fluent in Chittagonian dialect or Rohingya language is preferred
∎ Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet).
∎ Education

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Carry out the functions and tasks associated to nursing i.e. perform as a nurse or anesthetist, whenever required or needed, in order to optimize the resources, contributing with his/her knowledge and experience.
∎ • Implement all the protocols and hygiene procedures, and supervise his/her team follow the same standards, in order to warrant the quality of the care and service in his/her speciality.
∎ • Organize and coordinate the activities of his/her team (week’s schedule, annual leave, absences, etc.), evaluate their performance and define and ensure the needs for training of staff, in order to ensure the coverage of the human resources needs and maintain high standards of quality.
∎ • Carry out and/or supervise the ( decentralized) pharmacy and medical equipment management (drugs orders, follow-up of the stock, storage conditions, inventories, follow-up of expired drugs and their destruction, drugs consumption, etc.)in his or her department, in order to satisfy the needs of material with efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ • Ensuring that all staff using medical devices are qualified and trained. Ensuring that cleaning and minor maintenance tasks are performed according to the protocols. Reporting any malfunction to the project biomedical service.
∎ • Carry-out and/or coordinate administrative (exit-paper, transfer-paper, etc.), information and data collection (patient files, forms, statistics, etc.) tasks, and elaborate regular reporting, in order to have updated and reliable information about the day-to-day activity in the project, output/ outcome and support decision-taking.
∎ • Give feedback/ reports to medical focal point.
∎ Context Specific Accountabilities
∎ • Operational Supervision:
∎  Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of Hep C clinic staff, including medical and administrative teams.
∎  Ensure adherence to HCV treatment protocols and guidelines.
∎  Ensure that strategy of Hep C program has been followed and monitor properly.
∎  Optimize patient flow and service delivery in alignment with project goals.
∎ • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
∎  Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
∎  Maintain high standards in patient care, infection control, and documentation.
∎ • Community Feedback and Patient follow up in the camp:
∎  In collaboration with Health Promotion team, ensure proper tracking of defaulter patients, ensure required home visits, organize patient care meetings
∎  Encourage the community feedback mechanisms in coordination with the other departments
∎ • Staff Management:
∎  Supervision, organization of the staff and rosters under her/his supervision.
∎  Ensure the training of staff on HCV testing, treatment, and harm reduction strategies.
∎  Support professional growth and team cohesion through regular supervision and feedback.
∎  Maintain a safe enviroment for patients, caretakers and MSF staff.
∎ • Medical supply management:
∎  Identify and ensure availability of the material needs (equipment and consumable material) required for the functioning of the Hep C clinic (monitoring and ordering of medical and logistical material).
∎  Supervise and manage the pharmacy stock by ensuring the weekly inventory and order to meet the needs for the medical activities in coordination with SOPD BKL.
∎ • Data and Reporting:
∎  Oversee accurate documentation and reporting of patient data.
∎  Actively participate in the preparation of regular report and data analysis.
∎ • Other:
∎  Participate in other activities under his/her scope of performance as needed and recommended by the Deputy PC Hep-C.
∎  Ensure the physical stability of the OPD structure by collaborating with the logistic team in planning and organizing the set out, renovation and maintenance as needed.


Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Contract and Benefit
∎ 12 months contract renewable based on performance and operational needs. Salary according to Level Eight (8) of the internal MSF salary grid (BDT 95000 Gross). Salary is not negotiable. Income tax deduction from salary based on current income tax rule. 2 annual leave days per month worked. Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents based on Health Care Policy- Locally Recruited Staff.
∎ Others
∎ There is no provisions for relocation. 2 Festival Bonuses after completion of one year of uninterrupted continuous service.
