∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Clinical Care Nursing, ICU NICU Nurse, Senior Staff Nurse, Staff Nursing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing nursing supervision, monitoring, and the capacity building of the caregivers of HCCL.
∎ Responsible for hunting caregivers in Dhaka.
∎ Responsible for supervising the caregivers.
∎ Regular Monitoring of Patients by HCCL Mobile App/ WhatsApp / Phone Call.
∎ Regular Supervision of Caregivers Works by HCCL Mobile App/ WhatsApp / Phone Call.
∎ Regular Patient Home Visits and Remote Consultations.
∎ Emergency Patient Handling and Caregivers Management.
∎ Regular Conducting Caregiver training in Residence.
∎ Regularly monitor caregivers' health and movement at Residence.
∎ Maintaining the Inventory of the Residence.
∎ All the administrative tasks need to accomplish the above-mentioned points.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to enhance the program's clinical part.
∎ Ensuring SAJIDA's safeguarding protocols in the field and that field conduct aligns with safeguarding regulations and policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in effectively managing teams
∎ Regular Patient Management and Monitoring
∎ Emergency Patient Handling
∎ Training Conduct Capability
∎ Patient & Patient Party Communication Skills
∎ Administrative Skill
∎ Ability to handle the patient in-home setup
∎ Ability to read and write Bangla fluently
∎ Moderate knowledge of English
∎ Knowledge of Bangla and English typing
∎ Ability to conduct training
∎ Ability to use a smartphone.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Excellent communication skills, good management skills, and Nursing. [Previous work experience in an INGO or Rohingya Camp will be given preference.]
