Responsibilities & Context:
1.Provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
2.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
3.Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) regularly
4.Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic life support when required
5.Perform clinical procedures such as injections, IV therapy, wound dressing, and catheterization
6.Observe patients’ conditions and report any changes to the concerned doctor
7.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
8.Maintain infection control standards and follow all safety protocols
9.Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the ward/unit
10.Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation
11.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
12.Follow hospital policies, rules, and ethical standards
