Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plant care - ensures that watering, fertilizing, pest management, pruning, weeding, preparing soil media and grooming for sale are performed accurately and according to daily and seasonal schedule.
∎ Plant Production - oversees propagation of plants for sale including: collecting seed and cuttings on the grounds, sowing seed, processing cuttings, transplanting into larger pots
∎ Labeling and Inventory - maintains inventory of plants; purchases plant stock, hard goods and supplies from wholesale suppliers as directed.
∎ Retailing - Assists customers and assures quality customer service directly and among volunteer staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
