Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Primary health care treatment and medicine provide to the client according to their need
∎ Basic Pathological test doing from organization's laboratory whenever it's needed
∎ Manage a broad range of services, from medical and nursing care to bill paying and transportation services
∎ Educate patients about various medical conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients
∎ Providing health promotion, counseling and education
∎ Maintain and documentation of the patient service record
∎ Purchase requisition of medicine and other health related devices
∎ Maintain medicine stock with proper documents
∎ Maintain financial transaction for general patient treatment and emergency purposes
∎ Supervise cleaners work and keep hygienic environment in the clinic and surrounding areas
∎ Check nutritional status in half yearly of existing beneficiaries
∎ Data entry of daily patients assessment and treatment
∎ Maintain referral register for client refer to the other hospital
∎ Go to outside hospitals with patients whenever its needed
∎ Take necessary steps for patient admission and discharge of outside hospitals
∎ Run BIMS software part of Clinic.
∎ Clinic staff has to stay within the project (Sreepur) and will provide support on call at any time.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Shishu Polli Plus (a project of The Sreepur Village, Bangladesh) is a humanitarian organization which is located in Sreepur of Gazipur District. We provide support of shelter, education, rehabilitation & livelihood training to the destitute mothers and children which help them to re-settle in their community with better financial and interpersonal skills. We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Nurse for smooth operation of our Clinic Section as per followings:

∎ Shishu Polli Plus (a project of The Sreepur Village, Bangladesh) is an International NGO in Bangladesh, serves as a refuge and safe haven for single mothers and their children who have been displaced from their homes. Shishu Polli Plus was established in 1989 and is located 50km north of Dhaka in rural Bangladesh. Approximately 500 mothers and children live in the village and follow an agreed rehabilitation programme for up to three years. As well as receiving literacy and vocational training and other educational opportunities, the mothers work for SPP and earn a small allowance. Each month they also receive money in a saving account that is given to them, as a capital sum, when they return to their communities.
