CD Path & Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed healthcare facility dedicated to providing compassionate and quality patient care. To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Nurse In-Charge for our ICU and General Ward.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily nursing operations in ICU and General Ward.

• Lead, guide, and train nursing staff to ensure adherence to hospital protocols.

• Monitor patient care delivery and ensure high standards of clinical practices.

• Assign duties and prepare duty rosters for nursing staff.

• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare teams, and management for smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety measures, and hospital policies.

• Provide counseling, mentorship, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.

• Handle emergency situations and provide immediate guidance to staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid Nursing Registration/License (BNMC or equivalent).

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, patient management, and ward operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage a team under pressure with empathy and professionalism.
