Responsibilities & Context:
∎ An experienced nurse is required to work in the home of the Director & Executive Director of a reputed group of companies
∎ Support the patient's physical, psycho-social, and spiritual status in a comprehensive manner.
∎ From time to time take care of patients & provide appropriate treatment.
∎ Performs and documents ongoing assessments including observation, physical examination, patient response to procedural intervention.
∎ Participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs, as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management or service takers.
