Educational Qualification
B.Sc. in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid professional nursing license/registration is mandatory.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
Experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, medical screening facilities, or similar clinical environments will be preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and clinical practices.
Proficiency in blood collection/phlebotomy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and internet browsing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume medical screening environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and sample handling.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
Willingness to work on a rotational/shift basis.
Responsibilities & Context:
Greenland Medical Center Ltd. is looking for qualified and experienced Nurses to join our medical screening team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing nursing support and assisting in the smooth and efficient delivery of high-volume medical screening services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing support during daily medical screening activities.
Assist doctors and medical staff in conducting medical examinations and screening procedures.
Perform blood collection/phlebotomy and other nursing-related procedures as required.
Monitor and ensure the proper preparation of candidates for medical examinations.
Maintain accurate patient/candidate records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and preservation of blood samples and other medical specimens.
Operate computers and use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and internet browsing for documentation and data management.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic clinical environment.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and professional nursing standards.
Communicate professionally and courteously with candidates and coordinate effectively with doctors and other medical personnel.
Perform other nursing-related duties assigned by the management.
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Duty Schedule: Shift duty applicable
