Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing, Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Training Facilitation, Training Materials Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make plan and implement the nurses training for all 22 clinic/Institution.
∎ Train-up the nurses of the clinics/institutions by following a guideline/protocol on management of pelvic organ prolapse.
∎ Using pre/post training checklists & assessment as per guideline.
∎ The theoretical and skill practice session following the protocol to enrich knowledge and skills of respective Nurses.
∎ The Nurses will be trained on insertion of pessary and its management.
∎ She should train nurses on counselling, screening, surgery fitness and informed consent.
∎ The trainee nurse should know about OT sterilization, patient management, use of PDS suture and others and will get training/refresher by nurse educator.
∎ Train the nurses on post-operative management of fluid, urinary retention, bowel move, pain management, infection prevention and pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT).
∎ Care about vaginal pack, catheter, bandage and counselling of the patient.
∎ Reassurance and follow up the patients.
∎ Maintain contacts with surgeons, nurses and managers of the clinic/institution.
∎ Will attain and support the dak team in Bangladesh as well related workshop/seminar.
∎ Regular update database of nurses and reporting.
∎ To do any other work relevant to the needs of the organization and project as and when required.
