The candidate must have Diploma in Nursing Science from any recognized institute approved by the Bangladesh Nursing Council.

• Age 22 to 38 years

• Explain medical procedures to the patients/beneficiaries as well as establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families;

• Assist the patients in understanding their condition, medication with dose intervals, and other doctor's recommendations as well as teaching patients, friends, and family to understand self-care skills, and answering questions

• Assist Medical Doctor in conducting health examinations including history taking, measurement,treatment, medication management and dispensing, immunization, and collating medical reports

• Maintain a daily checklist of all medical equipment and medicines to ensure that all medical kits are ready and fully stocked, with all medical supplies organized, listed, and within the expiration period

• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques

• Ensure implementation of care to a high standard and ongoing evaluation of care

• Ensure correct maintenance of instrument and equipment by proper cleaning, handling sterilizingand utilization

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support,guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensurethe implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, andencourage others to do so
