Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the leading and largest business conglomerates, we are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, honest & experienced individuals for its FMCG sales and marketing team for the position of NSM/RSM :
∎ 1 Explore new business opportunities as well as increase present sales.
∎ 2 Effective communication with dealers/distributors/markets.
∎ 3 Set up retail distribution channel/ modern trade channel.
∎ 4 Search new markets/dealers and develop relationship with them.
∎ 5 Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
∎ 6 Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecast.
∎ 7 Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
∎ 8 Achieving monthly sales target.
∎ 9 Regular market visit and market opportunity assessment.
∎ 10 Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ 11 Prepare various reports.
∎ 12 Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
